Frequent app restart
I have to frequently restart this app in order to change icons.further the app also likes to randomly reset itself while I am in the middle of processing a job.it needs to be updated.

IOS Issues
Use this on a daily basis or would if i could actually use on my iphone. IOS issues in every device I have. App shuts down and will not work immediately after opening. Would love to be able to use my devices to locate my jobs.
iPhone 15 lagging
This app does not work well with the new iPhone models. Please release an update to fix these bugs!
Not enough attention to the app
The app never gets updated. So many bugs on iPhone. Icons not showing, job description not showing or stays stuck on loading, vehicle pics do not show (not that I need them to show but it’s still a bug) super laggy, crashes often. Please do more development work we use this app everyday 365
App crashes
I just started in the repo industry and I like it but this app has to get better every time I open it. It crashes or don’t load anything this needs to be fixed
App keeps freezing
I have a brand new phone so I know my phone isn’t the issue. The app keeps freezing soon as it’s opened. I hope this can you get resolved as soon as possible as I use this program every day.

Vehicle description not showing
You know I sure like clear plan back on the other owners had this platform. We didn’t have the problem where we could not see our vehicles displayed on the screen for the account. It doesn’t matter how many times you delete it and re-add it on the iOS device still doesn’t Show.
Icon cannot be changed.
I just finished reading a review regarding the icons not changing over. That was two years ago, support is terrible and it is not worth your money if you’re not willing to fix these issues.

Bad for iPhone
Use to love clearplan but now it seems to be very bad for iPhone. A lot of our drivers that have iPhone including myself say it take forever for the icons to load and maps and is very slow in general. Our drivers that use Android don’t seem to have this issue. Maybe needs to be updated or something.

Mobile app is not working properly
Advanced alerts are not showing up on my app anymore last few days but show up on the laptop. It’s just not practical to type in coordinates for every single one. And having to bounce back and forth between phone and computer.
Having trouble
Need to make an update it’s having trouble loading on my iPhone and iPad I’m running a 14.2 on both
Beyond annoyed
This app used to work so good. Absolute crap lately. Can never reach a human. Icons don’t change. Updates don’t load. The more popular the app becomes the worse it is getting. Here’s an idea.....spend the money, get more employees, hire people that know what they are doing and spend money on larger servers!!!!!!! Could be a great app but no anymore. Very disappointing

THE SMART INVERT NO LONGER WORKS AS IT DID IN PAST iOS VERSIONS. THIS IS MAKING USING THE APP VERY ANNOYING AND HARD TO USE AT NIGHT.
I HAVE MADE PHONE CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE AND MESSAGES MAKING THIS ISSUE KNOW TO STAFF MEMBERS. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND STILL NO FIX.

Changing icon
Can we please get this fixed? Having problems on iPhone where I cannot change the icon. It will stay at a red icon. Sometimes I will have to keep clicking on the icon I want for it to change
