Super Bad after sale service
First of all, you can’t reach them by call, you need to be in queue for hours to chat with a customer service that probably talking to 50 others so you just send a message and keep waiting for ages to come back to you, Secondly they can’t help you for refund even though airlines has cancelled the ticket, you have to follow up with the airlines yourself then get back to them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Worst Custmer support
Payment by using gift card and credit card together many times the booking was canceled and nothing showing on email. Seems like that this book was never happened, but the money was deducted from gift card and credit card four times. it makes me stuck and feeling helpless during my travel when I call to customer care after 15 minutes of. Of call only once they answer and which was not also appropriate, they said we will refund you but still in last 48 hours there is no confirmation email for refund from cleartrip.

Careful with flexifly
I had purchased flexifly for date change waiver and later when I had to change date they ask you to coordinate directly with airline pay the charges and submit claim. It is difficult to get the invoice in the exact requirement of Cleartrip from airline and you will end up as middlemen between the 2 parties and Cleartrip customer care is like not their problem. Better buy direct from airline
