Can’t report service issues
You apparently can’t report internet service issues with this app. It doesn’t even list the phone number to call for customer service. I had to login to their customer portal on a web browser to do so.

Awesome service but the app could use a major upgrade— it’s 2026 not 2006.

What is the point of the app if I can’t even pay my bill on it
Poor functionality
Using the Forgot Password function in this app sends an email from an unspecified 3rd party. The email makes NO reference to Clearwave.
App issues
When the app is working it’s great! However, lately I’ve had a lot of trouble getting it to load or it will say: the app is unable to connect at this time. There needs to be a web based application available if this happens.
