Very Poor Execution
Like others it seems, the idea of the app is great, the execution is awful. The manner in which it saves or doesn’t save information is poor, UI breaks when setting up info for the first time, technically I have autopay setup but I have no idea when it will bill and can’t change it and don’t want to try any harder because the UI is broken.

App sucks
This app sucks. I’ve tried to create an account. It kept saying, “try again later.” Says it will send an email and it never does. It’s less stress to just call and talk to a real person to pay it. Get your act together!
Not Reliable
When I first got the app it took a long time to add my information kept loading for too long. Now it did work for a bit but last two payments I tried to do, it did not work and I needed to call instead. Mind you I’ve been living in my new house for about 5 months now. Just ridiculous I was hoping this app would help payments go smoothly, now it just a hassle and now I think I’ll just call from now on. I was just hoping this app would be easier and faster but it’s not now.

Doesn’t work
App never works when you try to use it just sits and try’s to load
Unreliable
I've tried multiple times to set up my account again on this app after upgrading to iOS 26, but I keep getting this error message: “SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH THE REQUEST, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” This has been happening for two months. If you use Water Utility Management, LLC, I recommend paying through the website instead of relying on the app, as it’s unreliable and frustrating to set up.
