Buggy. No up to date data

No data about charge appears. €30 minimum top up required just to charge once. App ran charging session for 17 hours and continued to show session ten hours after unplugging. Totally rubbish.

Tried to create an account but the password is never accepted, even when following their password restrictions.

App wont work from the start. Tried to register and filled out form. The “country” field is a drop down box which, when I click on it, responds “no options” and won’t let me fill it in. I can’t submit the form without that field filled in.

None of the 5 chargers I tried in the area worked. Neither in the browser. Not in their app. Disgraceful
