No data about charge appears. €30 minimum top up required just to charge once. App ran charging session for 17 hours and continued to show session ten hours after unplugging. Totally rubbish.

Tried to create an account but the password is never accepted, even when following their password restrictions.

App wont work from the start. Tried to register and filled out form. The “country” field is a drop down box which, when I click on it, responds “no options” and won’t let me fill it in. I can’t submit the form without that field filled in.

None of the 5 chargers I tried in the area worked. Neither in the browser. Not in their app. Disgraceful

Dreadful app. Impossible to register, tried 8 times to set password generated by a password generator but not strong enough! Impossible to complete registration. What my employer has swapped to this rubbish service is beyond me. Awful and impossible to register..

Enable Apple Pay properly and allow password managers if you take security properly.

Awful app, false advertisement
App states you can use Apple Pay with this. You cannot. It forces you to use stripe. The UI is clunky and inefficient. The stickers on the outlets have multiple ID numbers. Why create more admin for yourself and increase cost to consumers. Poorly run business

This app is far from being like Shell Recharge—it’s unintuitive and inaccurate. Feels like I’m using a prepaid SIM.
Payment
I am new client. First charge continued 37 seconds and the charger stopped working. I disconnected and plugged again second session which continued about 2 minutes and stopped charging again. £30 was taken out of my bank account for using faulty charger 1*
Amazing app, charging made easy
Really happy with this app - easy to use, always connects my car and charger quick with no issues. Makes the process quick and simple, exactly what is wanted ☺️

Doesn’t get much better
Been using the app for a number of years now from checking installs to charging my own ev. Now on our third ev and the ease of use of the app is great.
Find your charger plug in and start charging it’s as simple as that. I’ve even started a session on our car when it was over 30miles away and I was sitting at home.
Also recently the app has now opened up to let you use other CPO’s outside of Clenergy which makes it even more useful and widens the chargers that you can use.

Great customer service !
Had to call Clenergy call centre to help out as I wasn’t sure how to use this type of charger they were a great help and got me up and running in no time !

Absolute joke. Help line is got nothing to do with helping customers. Every time it’s an issue with app or charging station they can’t support. They words are “it’s been reported and someone will call you but don’t know when. Don’t bother with them, waste of time and money. They don’t have a clue about customer service!

Over 30 attempts but has never worked once over a 6 month period.
I’ve tried one clenergy charger over 30 times over a 6 month period but it has never once worked, despite discussing with customer service (who were clueless). I know public ev’s are a bit hit and miss but that’s a joke

Can’t login to the app. Tried two different email address registrations. Neither works. Just use the guest option through chrome
