Dragon slain by bad app
Took me 40 minutes to get a charge after a lot of hoopla with website, cards and busted chargers. The call centre advised “no app, no charge” but if the app misbehaves… they cannot assist. Catch-22. A drag for me now but a drag on tourism in Wales as EV charging increases. An absolute shambles from app to website to charge points.

Terrible app - incredibly difficult to initiate a charge
Just awful to use…sometimes it works ok, sometimes i find myself in some kind of verification hell-loop, with a sad green spinning circle. At least there are receipts on the app now, but there’s really no excuse for such poor usability. There are plenty of examples of simple charger apps out there. The whole Dragon system is overly complicated and a bit bonkers.

Very poor, couldn’t register company credit for use which is used on multiple other EV charging apps
