Faulty app
The activation code doesn’t arrive even after checking junk box. Couldn’t add my wife.
Disappointed by lack of email notifications
We reached out for support but never heard back. It turned out the response was in the in-app messaging and there was never an email or sms notification along with it.
Overall, really disappointed with the quality of the app and the lack of notifications. It’s holding back what could be a good service.
