The Doctors and Nurses in Cleveland Clinic are Outstanding. TheService provided is top from medicine perspective and professional perspective. Management on top on everything and n very tiny details. I admire this hospital and all my respect to all staff and management.

CCAD App
I love using the and through it having available for me most relevant in for concerning my visits, medications, appointments and most importantly direct messaging with my doctors. it saves tons of time and allows me to stay apprised of all my medical matters via my telephone.
Awesome
My first time visiting CCAD and I was amazed. Plus the staff are warm and friendly. Flu shot was a breeze. The whole place is totally awesome. I thought of it as a great place to work.
Appointment issues
The patient portal only allows limited appointments with just a few doctors. Most of my doctors have to be scheduled by calling the operators and holding. It would be so more convenient to be able to make multiple appointments on the same day in the App instead of calling and taking up so much of the operators time to try to manage more than one appointment on the same day.

Top notch one of a kind as always
The application gives you the ability to connect to your apple watch so the doctor can follow your case as well, you can also check in and announce you are here it makes it so much easier for you to be called by the nurse not the receptionist which helps both me and the receptionists, setting an appointment is much easier and putting me on the waitlist so i get a closer appointment, its just amazing work, as always cleveland clinic abu dhabi excelled again many thanks

The assistant calls to reschedule the appointment, and they do with some random other doctor.

Best hospital in Abu Dhabi
Is truly the best hospital in town.. emergency section is outstanding- fast, professional and caring. The doctors and nurses treat patients with respect and compassion .. it’s highly recommended
Worst experience ever
I was about to die from simple laparoscopy in Cleveland Abu Dhabi , I would never keep silent, I will report as soon as I recover, I was hospitalized 10 days for severe infection and no one care to follow up my case and discuss the medical mistake that happened that could end up my life, and the doctor who did the surgery did lie saying that it was simple straight forward surgery while there was a mistake and rupture that she didn’t talk about and left me without knowing and I was dismissed without even writing me antibiotics, and when I tried to discuss with her she left the town for vacation after hearing the complications, I can’t imagine that this is a trustworthy hospital I will report all what happened to me,, hopefully as soon as I recover

Best Treatment in Town
I had two surgeries and have no regrets of using the doctors at Cleveland! Never had an issue with them.
New version not as good
There is no option to search and book a specific doctor, some specialities are missing, like the eye clinic.
ICU stay
Please maintain decorum of ICU. Patient relatives were making noise and hospital admin could not stop them.
Staff chitchatting entire night outside patient room and was instructed not to close door of the room.
