Η ιδέα σούπερ και πραγματικά μια αρκετά σοβαρή λύση αν δεν υπάρχουν ψυχοθεραπευτές κοντά. Όμως: Η εφαρμογή κολλάει. Επίσης μου έχουν έρθει ειδοποιήσεις για χρήση κουπονιού έκπτωσης 2-3 φορές το οποίο δεν λειτουργεί και η εξυπηρέτηση μέσα από το chat support δεν απαντάει ποτέ.

Ακύρωση Ραντεβού

Σε αφήνει να ακυρώσεις την συνεδρία ένα 24ωρο πριν με αποτέλεσμα αν σου τύχει κάτι έκτακτο να χάνεις την συνεδρία ενώ την έχεις πληρώσει. θεωρώ λάθος αυτή την πολιτική και σαν εναλλακτική προτείνω να μπορεί ο θεραπευόμενος να επικοινωνεί με τον θεραπευτή και ο δεύτερος να έχει την επιλογή να εγκρίνει ή απορρίψει αυτήν την ακύρωση και αν εγκρίνει να ορίζεται εκείνη την ώρα άλλο ραντεβού έτσι ώστε να μην χάνει και ο ψυχολόγος και η πλατφόρμα τα χρήματα τους.
