User friendly and reasonably priced

Continuously drops off line and has to be rebooted. Navigating around the app is also ridiculous

I couldn’t be happier with client diary. Everything is so easy and all at your fingertips. My job is so much easier after switching to client diary and I would never turn back!
Great complementary mobile app for the computer version
I’m using ClientDiary mainly on computer at my business location and this mobile app provides great and quick access while I’m outside/on the go. Everything looks exactly the same as on the computer. However, there are some other things that are not mobile friendly yet and can only be view on the computer. Saying that, I’m still very happy with the app for quick/easy access to my appointments.

Absolutely Trash
Only used this because I purchased a business that uses it. Hate literally everything about this especially that it charges you for credit to send out appointment reminders.

App rarely works. Very hard to use point of sale on a touchscreen computer.When the mobile app does work it doesn’t have the option to search saved clients.
