Does anyone manage this app?
Generally works but at a bare bones level. Two versions in the last 5+ years. Needs an update. Doesn’t have all functionality that web based login or thermostat access offers.
Bad software
This software does not work. It is out of date and not supported. The App Store should remove it.
Use Ecobee App.
Climatemaster appears to have discontinued the app. Climatemaster thermostats are created by Ecobee so the Ecobee app can replace IGate.
App no longer works
I am really upset that the app isn’t working. I used to have an android phone and the app worked great on it. That phone died and I bought another android phone. My local Climatemaster dealer informed me not to down load the app as it don’t work. I replaced that phone with an iPhone just because I was told the iGate app would work on that phone. 3 months later it stopped working. Come on Climatemaster/Igate get this app working.

No longer works. No support.
I used the app for the last 4 years and a few days ago it kicked me out and asked me to log back in. It then complained my credentials were not correct. My credentials have not changed. They still work on the web version. I can find no way to reset my password. This app has not been supported for ages and I suspect it won’t be any time soon. ClimateMaster put their big expensive toy out there but unfortunately many of the bells and whistles just were not ready for prime time.

Quit working
No longer allows me to sign in. Web works but not the app.
Worked Well Once
I used the application for several years to control my geothermal heat pump remotely. Now when I try to open the app it flashes and disappears. I deleted the app and reinstalled but no luck. Very disappointing.
Minimal functionality. Use Web Portal instead.
As noted in title, minimal functionality. You need to create account at ClimateMaster website anyhow (app and portal appear created/managed by EcoBee). The Web Portal has a multitude more options, settings, even ability to name your thermostats. Only gave a two since it provides another method of (only) most basic control if you forget how to find. I don't expect this to be updated anytime soon without enough Trilogy units installed to justify development cost.

Needs update
Used to work, but no update for way too long. iPhone version freezes my phone every time I open the app. Need to turn the phone off to get this app off the screen. Hope its not a reflection on their heating units.
