Amazing App for Client Engagement

Super useful for keeping everything organized with clients. Smooth experience, no issues so far!
The client portal I was looking for
The Clinked platform allows our business to create a dashboard of communications and scheduling with our clients that gives our business a larger feel. The log history is the detailed schedule of how the project progressed.
Useful productivity app for medium sized orgs, but has some kinks
Review for iPhone 12 iOS version 17.2.1
Sign in page: Logo could be h-centered, clinked.com below it, smaller.
Sign in background does not cover the bottom 5% of the screen (shows up white).
Home page:
- Introduction video does not fit the screen, way too wide until it's forced to play fullscreen.
- No text on the green ribbon below Recent Activity. Probably another screen fitting issue.
- Multi line action items should be hidden behind (dropdown) menus, making home page shorter.
Requests screen: too empty? No options to add new requests. Might be my account level.
Messages screen: Could use an "add/find contact" kinda button for ease of access.
Settings screen: could go under user card as a smaller settings option (if and when the left menu grows larger)
Explore Clinked text on left menu is not clickable, shouldn't be there unless it's a placeholder for home?
Files:
+ Files page overall quite pretty and usable.
- 244 KB png took too long to first-time load.
- Missing thumbnails.
🐛 Serialization error while deleting a file. For debug purposes file name was "Malenia.png.PNG" might be name related. Deletion worked, but got an error regardless.
Chat:
+ Nice and quick way to mute notifications.
- No way to see the members online?
Overall:
- too grey/white
- too flat
- Discussions tab could be more central to the app. Maybe replace it with Notes on the bottom menu.
- Bottom menu should probably be customizable so user can pick and choose which items to add/remove/reorder.
- Maybe use more font weights/sizes to differentiate text/relevance more easily (especially home page)

User friendly and reliable
Perfect for communication within the company and classes. It also seems reliable to keep the lecture and grading data. I needed some help at first but support team is amazing. I recommend it.

If you're business is B2B them this is a must have app.
Implementation is easy and customer support is on the ball and there every step of the way.
The app ticks so many of our boxes, from Project Management, task allocation. Reminders to document storage, white labelling, to providing your client with their own dedicated portal.
I have looked at a number of other SAS solutions, and this is by far as close a fit without spending $20k+ customising other apps.
As at Dec 2023, this app has changed the way we nurture relationships and manage project delivery!

Is been a great platform for client portals
I’ve been using the platform for approximately three weeks. I’ve been looking for something that this platform provides for about two years. The cost is a deal when compared to the features that come with the platform.

Great Client Portal App
We have recently switched to Clinked and have been thrilled with the product and the support team. The speed at which we were able to rebrand and put the app into use was fantastic. We highly recommending Clinked for your client portal needs.
Great product, decent app
I like the app okay - I personally use it but don't put my clients on it because I need a white label option. I think the fee being requested is high, but maybe I'm missing what causes the high recurring costs. My alternative for clients was to set up a progressive web app on my branded portal. Does much of the same with zero costs. I wish there was a way to meet in the middle here because I like the overall product. Maybe a branded version of the app that cobrands w/ portal owners, idk.

This is a great application
My clients love Clinked's client site since it offers fewer options than the others, making it easier for them to access their tasks, files, events, and other relevant information. My clients have commented on the app's ease of use when I've used it to transfer sensitive files, which is a big bonus for me.
The notifications and invitations are fantastic. You don't have a hard time deciding who should see what. Scheduling calls is a great feature.
Even if I outgrow it in a few years, it's worth every penny. The amount of time I've saved by not having to search for files or submit the same thing over and over again is well worth the price. I'm happy with this deal, even though it comes with a few restrictions.

Really nice platform
This app has given my small business a real productivity boost. It allows me to move data safely and securely to and from customers. I would recommend the platform and will be revising my business processes to use this on a daily basis.
Fantastic for Client management
Clinked has transformed the way I manage my clients. Providing me a fantastic workflow, that is both organised, and professional. A must have for freelancers.
Has Potential But Needs a Task Aggregate
It is a nice app that is receiving regular updates. To be amazing it needs a main dashboard to manage all aggregate tasks from across all groups. It would be really hard to use this to manage daily tasks from if someone has multiple groups they are part of.
Good start but....
I would think that the purpose of a Clinked app would be to let you know via a notification or other that someone has replied, assigned, or done something that you need to respond to. I cannot find any notification feature.
Also, the interface makes you have to hunt/peck to hard to find any way to do much more than simply read what someone post from the website. Not much entry/edit capability.
Collaborating only works when it's timely, active, and involved. This app CURRENTLY does not seem to do much more than allow you to login and view. That's about it.

Good Viewer App
This app is good for keeping yourself in the loop of any clinked groups you may be in. The only reason I dropped it a star is because I would like to see more of the features of the site implemented on iOS - like being able to add files, and if it is already capable of that, making it more obvious. Also, I didn't see any settings or ability to set up/manage push notifications. Hopefully, we will see that on a later release.

Don't bother downloading
I use Clinked on my PC and find it to be a great way to interact with others around the globe. Imagine my delight to find an iPad app had been released. Believe me the joy was short lived this app is completely and utterly disappointing. You can't even read complete messages, sure you know someone has responded but if you want to read their complete response you will need to go on to the Internet to find out their complete response.
This one should still be in the developers hands because it isn't ready for release yet.

Useless, unlike the 'real' web app
I'm not sure what companies are thinking when they release app like these...
