Super useful for keeping everything organized with clients. Smooth experience, no issues so far!
The client portal I was looking for
The Clinked platform allows our business to create a dashboard of communications and scheduling with our clients that gives our business a larger feel. The log history is the detailed schedule of how the project progressed.
Useful productivity app for medium sized orgs, but has some kinks
Review for iPhone 12 iOS version 17.2.1
Sign in page: Logo could be h-centered, clinked.com below it, smaller.
Sign in background does not cover the bottom 5% of the screen (shows up white).
Home page:
- Introduction video does not fit the screen, way too wide until it's forced to play fullscreen.
- No text on the green ribbon below Recent Activity. Probably another screen fitting issue.
- Multi line action items should be hidden behind (dropdown) menus, making home page shorter.
Requests screen: too empty? No options to add new requests. Might be my account level.
Messages screen: Could use an "add/find contact" kinda button for ease of access.
Settings screen: could go under user card as a smaller settings option (if and when the left menu grows larger)
Explore Clinked text on left menu is not clickable, shouldn't be there unless it's a placeholder for home?
Files:
+ Files page overall quite pretty and usable.
- 244 KB png took too long to first-time load.
- Missing thumbnails.
🐛 Serialization error while deleting a file. For debug purposes file name was "Malenia.png.PNG" might be name related. Deletion worked, but got an error regardless.
Chat:
+ Nice and quick way to mute notifications.
- No way to see the members online?
Overall:
- too grey/white
- too flat
- Discussions tab could be more central to the app. Maybe replace it with Notes on the bottom menu.
- Bottom menu should probably be customizable so user can pick and choose which items to add/remove/reorder.
- Maybe use more font weights/sizes to differentiate text/relevance more easily (especially home page)

User friendly and reliable
Perfect for communication within the company and classes. It also seems reliable to keep the lecture and grading data. I needed some help at first but support team is amazing. I recommend it.
