Simply unusable
I tried this whole thing out and am about to call it quits. It just does not work as promised and the mobile looks terrible. I’m disappointed in the time I sunk into trying to make this Crm work. There is no customer service help either.
The Google login
The app doesn’t work I use my login credentials and it doesn’t work but it works on the web version. The Google login SSO doesn’t work on the app it just loads forever.
You can’t even log in
Seems like an inactive app. I tried both to click reset password and tried to log-in to the app. Each time it freezes up and won’t load any further. Pretty frustrating given that I’m a new customer and was looking forward to using the app.
Needs Date in Conversations
Great platform and user friendly, the one gripe is that it needs to show the date in conversations instead of just the time. There’s no differentiation on messages sent today or a week ago.
Worse than the worst
I have the full white label version purchased via appsumo and let me tell you the truth about this app. It is unusable, I wouldn’t use it not even if they’d pay me to use it.
