Just a pain
The app has for the most part worked fine for me, but at some point after an update, no matter the device, I can only see one line at a time when I create a message. This makes creating a message a real pain when you constantly have to scroll around to proof or change the message.

The app has been very intuitive and easy to use. I have been using it with my lawyer to communicate case details and files. The app is easy to use and I have no issues with it.

Real simple and easy to use great way to stay in touch with your attorney my attorney is real good at getting right back to you and very knowledgeable
Good product.
Worked very well for communication between my attorneys office and myself, i would get instant notifications on my phone or iPad when ever their was a message left for me. Documents were easy to view, it worked very well.
Best lawyers
I love rasa! They have work day and night with my cases to help me clean my background and as a good human and a good mother I didn’t deserve some of the charges that were affecting me to get a good carrier but rasa fought hard for me and I owe them the world. Thank you RASA<3

Love this app when communicating and looking over documents with my lawyer
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
This app is absolutely horrible! It is a communication app and it doesn’t allow ANY fluid communication. You will be signed out REGULARLY to endlessly dead loop the login process and never succeed. Messages will be cut off when you press send. So don’t type TOO much cause it will just completely disappear. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC JOKE OF AN APP! Do not pay for this if you are an attorney.

Horrible log in
Horrible log in experience! The app automatically logs you out every 3 minutes and asks for email and confirmation link every single time. Face Id feature does nothing - what’s the point in it if you’re still asking for email?
Needs Support and Bug Fixes
This app would be good if it didn’t glitch and wasn’t hard to use. It’s actually pretty annoying and never works for me. If you call the 800 number it’s for the lawyers so if you can’t read the

Logs out only email login
It logs out even when Face ID is enabled. Then makes me sign in through email. Frustrating
