Update damage the app
Bugs fixes? Really? After upgrade now my team cannot open any service using the app. You made me go back to paper list. An URGENT FIX PLEASE??!!!
Crashing
Please update your app so it is usable. Right now it crashes every time I open it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it is still crashing.
Solid program
Overall happy with the app. Been helpful to my girls in the office, along with crews out in the field. Been using it for about a year. The team is nice when we reach out for help, and the ease of use was nice since we started late with setup in the season.

Why is hard to do the simple things?
I wish I could give zero stars. This app slows companies down. If I need to upload a picture sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes. It is slow and nothing ever gets fixed. I work for a company that uses this app and I wish we would use something else. Stay away from this app. I’d rather stick to pen and paper than to have to continue using this app. It is very slow no matter how good ur cell service is. It seems to me that this is a company that’s too lazy to keep up with the maintenance of the app.
