App Functionality Sucks
Tried to buy a coupon by debit, kept getting an error. Used Apple Pay with the same debit information and it worked. Didn’t receive a confirmation email. Tried the alternative email option. Said “Confirmation Sent” but never received it. I don’t know where my coupon went and now I can’t treat my family to our fav dessert spot. Pressed “Get Help” on the app, it takes you nowhere. Literally no way to get live support. Worst app ever

I’ve saved over hundreds of dollars with this app. Always check before going to eat.
Unusable
Basic functionalities like creating a new account simply don’t work. Try to clip a coupon and it doesn’t work. It’s a very disappointing app. The magazine used to be great. But they no longer mail it to me. The app is useless.

I was a big fan of Local Flavor before they changed to Clipp. Good deals on local restaurants and other establishments.
Rarely functional
Incredible service or brand if you will. LOVE CLIPP. But the app is very difficult to get to work. Barely ever works. Mobile website is not better. Full desktop site is fine

Unable to use vouchers as restaurants are not open. I have 6-7 vouchers and cannot get into contact with restaurants.

No New Deals in Over a Year
I've been using this app since it was called LocalFlavor, and it used to be full of new deals regularly. However, in the past year there have been no new deals in my area. Just the same deals for the same places. I hope they change this soon!

Coupon not always good
Bought the app coupon price I go to use it and the restaurant says we don’t accept those anymore. We told that Company to stop and they keep giving out our coupons. And vouchers. Not sure whose fault it is, but I know I’m never gonna go to that restaurant again. It was just downright embarrassing.

Redeeming Certificates

Been using the original app for years, I really dislike the new setup concerning redeeming half expired certificates. You removed the redemption button and label it “Expired” when there’s still 4 to 4.5yrs left to use the certificate? Store owners and employees do not understand how to redeem the certificate. You end up getting into arguments over it.
