I’m happy
I have yet to submit data from a store visit that has completely passed everything but even with certain shelves not being accepted I’ve made a lot of money. I’m still figuring it out and learning. I wish that in the new video mode it could be cropped afterwards to not show below the lowest shelf or above the highest because I tried every different lens today and made many attempts to get a perfect fit but nothing was a perfect fit, at least not that I could walk down the aisle and it remain perfect. Also it would be extremely helpful if there was a way to leave notes when submitting a job because sometimes you run into different issues that are not expected and definitely not covered in the instructions. Just having the ability to explain would be great. Also is ClickW the only place where I can find locations? If there’s other platforms or ways ways to find jobs please I would be grateful to be informed! Thanks!

If you are coming for a job DO NOT USE THIS APP
Like someone else said I should have known better by looking at the reviews. I use an app where you have to go to a location and snap photos of the aisles, but you have to use this app in order to do that. I have drove an hour now to do this job and I can’t even login. It just keeps giving me an error so I’m going to lose this job. So far, it has done it with every single job. Just stay away from it. It’s not even worth it. It’s not worth the stress of even trying. Trust me I would’ve loved the money, but apparently that was wishful thinking.

Hard to use
I needed to download this app because it is required for a store visit no problem logging in to the app option to take a picture or video is really bad the photos or videos are so blurry and its hard to take a photo especially if the isles on the store are to close to each other my camera phone is so much better its really hard to use would not recommend this to anyone

I don’t understand
I don’t understand why this app has so low ratings when it’s absolutely brilliant how this app work take a little patience and tada your connected. Love the App🫵🏾
Trash app
Figured this could be a fun away to get out of the house since I work from home. As a developer I will never ever touch a product this company puts out. Incredible waste of time.
Is This Real?
Is this even a real app? Nothing works. You can download the app but not use it because there’s nowhere to create an account. I don’t know why mystery shoppers et al even use this app as it’s completely useless. The link on their website to the app takes you to a blank white page. The customer contact link is a long page of data fields and who knows where in the void that goes after submitting it. I felt like I was being punked trying to get this to work, and to no avail.

Can’t even create a profile
The login screen appears, but there’s no option to create a profile. Now I can’t do this job that I already drove to??
Battery Hog, Lags and SLOW uploads!
This app eats battery like nobody’s business. It will also start running slow and makes photography unusable. And then there is the file upload process. After completing a job, this takes an hour if you are lucky. Even over Verizon’s 5GUW network. This app is a hot mess and needs to be updated with tons of fixes!

Can not even get app to open after downloading
Not working! Can not even get logged in to use the app.
Worst product placement app ever!!!!
I don’t understand why large corporations that hire people to take these jobs can’t find a better app to use. Hire some coders and create a good one for goodness sake. You can afford it to be sure.
Inefficient App
Guess I should have known when I saw all the reviews for this app were negative. The store visit job task I was attempting to do unfortunately required this app for submitting the pictures. Because of this app I wasn’t able to complete the job as needed. When I got to the store and logged into the app for the first time the job wasn’t under the new tab as the video tutorial said it would be instead it showed up under submitted. When I selected it under submitted it wouldn’t let me open it to edit it or see what was submitted. I contacted Clobotics and still waiting for a response back. Very very frustrating as it cost me time, gas and money.

I have three issues. Which are frustrating, but not deal breakers.
I downloaded and use this app through Clickworker, the app is required to complete their “Jobs” US Store visits.(which is the main reason I use their platform).
1) DATA: The amount of storage and data needed for this app is CRAZY. It uses more data than all of my other apps combined! Which I really don’t understand if all of our photos are being uploaded to their cloud.
2) REVISTS: This happened to me both times I was requested to complete a revisit, both times due to missing an aisle in a specific category. So, I get to the store capture the required photos for the category that needed revision, and click upload. I immediately receive an error message stating to complete the remaining categories. Which you can’t even access the in app camera for those other categories. Only the categories that need revision had the little blue circle icon with the camera on it, that you need to click to open the camera. Needless to say I was frustrated because I did the required work but was unable to upload. Also, if we are asked to leave a store before we finish all the categories, I think it’s only fair to be compensated for the work we could complete.
>So, maybe instead of an error message, it could be a pop up message asking something like “You have uncompleted categories! Would you still like to submit your photos?”. Just an idea
3) I use both my iPhone 13 and my Samsung Galaxy S21+ do complete these “Jobs”. Id much rather the Samsung due to the camera being zoomed out more. I timed it I completed a Job 3X faster on the Samsung. The Samsung captures more of the aisle in one shot. I seen another person have this same issue with iPhone.
(when an aisle is over a 100 shots I usually just click the option to add more photos to that category, and continue a little bit further back than when I stopped. That way I my stop and start spot overlaps, as to not miss any products. When there is more than one aisle I usual finish the first then upload, go back to the main screen, click on the category again that way it’s a fresh category. When I go back to my main screen in my list of categories, I’ll see the category twice.
> It would be nice if there was a way I could access the zoom settings for the in app camera. That way I could adjust the zoom in or out, as needed.
Also, maybe an in app chat feature would be helpful for some. In case they get stuck or just have a general question. Other than that the app works as intended and is pretty much self explanatory.

So Frustrating
I have walked off two jobs now because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired of this app! Clickworker needs to stop offering these if they aren’t going to make it easier to do. Why isn’t there a video or something showing a person who successfully completed the job using this evil & tortuous app. I’m convinced it’s Satan. There’s no help, no tutorial that I know of, nothing. I bet there is someone watching laughing after we log in and try actually using this thing.

All reviews are accurate
Photos take forever to upload. Mine has sat at 86% for over 5 hours now and I may not get credit for the work and have to redo it all over again. Took me over an hour. This is ridiculous. Do not use this app!!!!
It’s impossible to do with this
Stiffintiy wrote it accurately on Mar 20.
I worked for hours trying to get the aisle correct using video capture and photo capture.
Both the video and the camera take small areas and it takes more then the maximum number of shots. The video is small range movements instead of being able to free move the camera you must match two circles and it’s slower than trying to do the photos. It took hours to do 2 out of 11 tasks.
We should be able to use our own phone camera.

Unusable
Insanely difficult to use and takes over the allowed number of pictures to accomplish a 10 ft section of shelves.
50 min to upload 40 photos
I’m using this app for a job. Right now I’m in minute number 50 and still waiting for photos to finish uploading. It has happened to me twice today.
Needs to be updated
I have tried to use the app once. Literally impossible to take pictures. The app would not allow me to take photos due to narrow aisles in the store
Really bad
Tried it today for the first time was not user friendly. I tried to watch the tutorials on taking a quality shelf picture and it would not load or it would play for 15 seconds and stop. A very disappointing app that really needs looked into. Please do not waste your time.
