This app has pretty good reviews, so I was excited to see what suggestions it would provide. I am very disappointed to report that the suggestions are 99% things that I would never wear. Maybe I filled out the quiz wrong? It’s just kind of bizarre that I was looking for classy and timeless pieces and I’m being served logo T-shirts and long denim skirts along with a lot of other styles that I don’t prefer like peplum and asymmetrical hemlines? Thankfully, I only spent $20 and will definitely not be keeping my subscription.

I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel this application, I sent info in writing yet they still are trying to charge me 49.99 a month for something I never signed up for! To say it is useless is an understatement!
Scam - worst costumer service ever!
Canceled my subscription immediately after subscribing as I didn’t like the app. A month and a half approx. after cancelling my subscription, I was charged $56US. Emailed them with a screenshot and proof of cancellation and was told I have to provide proof of usage and a 7 day trial. Did the 7 day challenge, took a screenshot and they still refused to refund. Terrible app and terrible customer service

Beware
Beware that when you hit cancel subscription in the app that it doesn’t actually work so when you close your account before the date of renewal, it will still take your money and then when you contact them, they won’t refund because it’s already been paid. Seems very fraudulent and I fear they buy reviews because there’s no way it should be rated as highly as it is. Really disappointing and definitely way overpriced at renewal.

This app did nothing it said it was going to do. The clothing companies it suggests outfits from are cheap, not well made, and many of them have bad return policies so I would never buy from them. I paid for the ai stylist and it kept coming up with the same ugly outfits no matter how much feedback I gave it. This is a scam and I would never recommend it to anyone.

This app guarantees a refund if not happy but only offered to refund 50% of what I paid. Total rip off and I would not recommend this app. They made it so difficult to get my money back.

Buyer beware
The app will lure you in with unrealistic promises, yet fails spectacularly with regard to its claims. Worst of all, you think you’ve purchased an app, but have really committed to a very expensive, recurring subscription service. Refunds and cancellations are confusing and next to impossible to obtain. The company will fight any attempt to dispute the charge with their legalese filled form letters. The app is a disappointment and their business practices are misleading.
