Приложение перестало работать

Приложение перестало работать, служба поддержки не отвечает. У меня оформлена платная подписка, и срок её действия ещё не истёк. Однако внутри самого приложения мне предлагают купить новую подписку, а когда я пытаюсь это сделать — появляется сообщение, что подписка уже активна. В итоге приложение зависает и отказывается работать.

Doesn’t work

I paid $15 for pro only to receive “no person detected” for every photo I use when I’ve used this months ago and had success. I even tried to use it on some of the photos I used previously. It doesn’t matter the lighting, quality, etc I continue to get the same message for every photo I use. So I basically paid $15 (which is very expensive for an app by the way) for absolutely NOTHING. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS APP.

Приложение не работают всегда пишет, что нет лица на фото, хотя оно там есть. Берут деньги за нерабочее приложение . Не рекомендую

Do Not purchase the 1 year subscription. I paid $59.99 for this and it quit working 6 weeks in. I reported the problem to Apple the first time, instead of requesting a refund because I just wanted the app to work. Never heard from anyone. I tried to get a refund a a week or two later, but couldn’t get it because I was 1 day past Apple’s 2 month refund period, which I didn’t know you only had 2 months to request a refund. I contacted the developers, they said they couldn’t give me a refund. I gave them info about type of phone I had and the software version it showed in the app. I also gave them the software version that the app showed it was using. The developers never responded and the app still isn’t working.

DO NOT PURCHASE the 1 year subscription to this app. You will be out $59.99 because the developers do not stand behind their product if it is past Apple’s 2 month refund window. The developers emails or fix the problem.

Can’t buy a subscription

Their app doesn’t even let you buy a subscription. I’ve been trying to buy subscription for the last two weeks. It doesn’t pull it up or connect it to the Apple iTunes store so I guess they’re losing out on money.

Странная подписка

Судя по отзывам-я не один такой. Купил подписку 499₽/30фото попробовать, что этот такое за приложение. С бесплатной версии осталось две попытки. В итоге деньги списали, две попытки так и остались. Техподдержка ниалё: писал на почту, в ватсап-толку нет. Может здесь что ответят. Лучше на 500₽ пару шавух возьмите, чем это)
Небольшой update: вроде немного разобрался. за 500₽ получаете разом 30 фото в одном стиле.

Changes body type

This doesn’t match the clothes to the body in the picture. It recreates the image with a stick-thin model body no matter what the person in the photo looks like - giant heads on tiny bodies! It looks ridiculous

Некорректная работа приложения после оплаты

Всегда пользовалась приложением и оценка была бы выше,но столкнулась я с проблемой и до тех поддержки не дописаться ,деньги списали,подписка на неделю,уже идет второй день как я не могу пользоваться уже оплаченным приложением полноценно!тех поддержка только на словах?или все же будет решение проблемы ?!и сколько ждать ответа ,подписка слетит,а я так и не воспользовалась в полной мере за свои потраченные деньги функциями этого приложения

Nope

When their server is down, they literally take forever to fix it and I have a paid membership so basically it’s not like they’re crediting back the days that they’re app doesn’t work. They still charge you on your next billing cycle even though their app has been down for like a day and a half, the photos can’t upload to their server and they have no problem trying to charge me.
