Transport chair
From start to finish this was a great experience. Orders the chair, was notified they found a supplier in minutes. Checked into the hotel and the chair was there waiting for us. Left it with the bellman when we were checking out and it was as simple as that!
Never recieved my stroller
I had a double stroller booked for over a month. We arrive on vacation and we’re counting on having it. When the delivery time is approaching I text and ask if they have an ETA. They ask if I will take two single strollers. No, the whole reason I ordered it was because I needed a double stroller. They say it will be delivered but won’t say what time (despite the order asking you for a one hour window for drop off). Now the next day, we still don’t have it. We were counting on having it and now don’t know what to do. Zero communication and now I’m hoping I can at least get a refund. Very poor experience.

Clearly a scam - do not use
The chair we rented was owned by a private individual, not a business. Very sketchy and untrustworthy. Also not anywhere near our location. Impossible to easily pick up.

Can’t complete order online, must go to app then wait for confirmation or decline of order. Doesn’t tell you why it was declined so you have call CS , speak with an AI bot then ask to speak with a real person. Just so stupid. If you assume your order has been placed and aren’t sitting on your phone or email you won’t even know your order was declined.

Thanks to Tate it was amazing. actually the whole team did amazing they notified you right away. They kept in touch. They let you know what was going on when they said they would be there they were. They were awesome thank you Tate for doing such a wonderful job of taking care of us two old ladies lol. They even went out of their way to make sure that we was taken care of after my friend was hurt really bad and had to go in an ambulance and they were still there for us and made everything work out right.

Great Experience
I rented a scooter through this app and was impressed with the process, how easy it was. The quality of the equipment was good. It was as represented. The scooter was delivered to my hotel as promised and collected when I was finished with it.
