Useless
Can’t log in to do anything, tried forgot password and never got an email to reset, just deleted it and now I call to pay the bill!! Not much more to say other than fix it or get another updated one.

To change a battery on a remote sensor, you need to put the system into test mode. To put the system into test mode you have to use this app or the myadt website. The control panel or the ADT “control app” can’t do it.

USA Country NOT Supported
It only offers me two country (UK & Ireland) selection which neither do I dwell in so it prevents me from using the application.

Called and they said APPLICATION is not supported for US customers.

Don’t bother. Just like the (so-called gold) service from ADT, this just doesn’t do anything you want it to. Deleted (wish I could say the same for the company)
Useless
We use my adt.com to manage approximately 20 different locations currently unable to add emergency contacts on the website so tech-support direct me to this app. This app will not let me log on with the credentials that we’ve been using. I can’t change the credentials because our accounting department also uses the same account to pay the bills
