USA Country NOT Supported

It only offers me two country (UK & Ireland) selection which neither do I dwell in so it prevents me from using the application.

Called and they said APPLICATION is not supported for US customers.
US customers has to use website.

Terrible

Don’t bother. Just like the (so-called gold) service from ADT, this just doesn’t do anything you want it to. Deleted (wish I could say the same for the company)

Useless

We use my adt.com to manage approximately 20 different locations currently unable to add emergency contacts on the website so tech-support direct me to this app. This app will not let me log on with the credentials that we’ve been using. I can’t change the credentials because our accounting department also uses the same account to pay the bills

ADT no longer uses an app

This MyADT app needs to be removed from the App Store. After chatting with an ADT agent about login issues, I was informed that ADT no longer uses the app.
