USA Country NOT Supported
It only offers me two country (UK & Ireland) selection which neither do I dwell in so it prevents me from using the application.

Don’t bother. Just like the (so-called gold) service from ADT, this just doesn’t do anything you want it to. Deleted (wish I could say the same for the company)
Useless
We use my adt.com to manage approximately 20 different locations currently unable to add emergency contacts on the website so tech-support direct me to this app. This app will not let me log on with the credentials that we’ve been using. I can’t change the credentials because our accounting department also uses the same account to pay the bills

ADT no longer uses an app
This MyADT app needs to be removed from the App Store. After chatting with an ADT agent about login issues, I was informed that ADT no longer uses the app.

Long time ADT customer. Can’t access account or get assistance through Chat with An Agent.
Not able to login
App says my username/passcode are incorrect but I’m able to login on computer browser. When I tried to change the password, I never got email to reset. Scratch app and start afresh if you can’t fix this

I’m about to drop ADT completely. You call them on the phone and you transfer to India!!! The app don’t work and I want to talk to person in USA!!!
Easily the worst designed app
This app NEVER works. Constant buffering regardless of signal strength, options don’t work. The website isn’t any better
App not useable
This isn’t an update it’s a complete mess. I’m unable to login to my account and YES I know what my username and password is…it works on my laptop. I even tried to register again…choose my country..NO…my only option was United Kingdom and Ireland.
I much prefer to handle my account on my phone but I guess that’s not going to happen any longer unless this “app” is fixed

Flakey buggy app
Like most of ADT app deliveries it’s full of bugs. For instance the radio buttons don’t work to make a booking and I see this has been raised in August so clearly neither ADT or the developers care or do any aspect of testing before release.
Rubbish App
I have never been able to get this app to work for booking an inspection. You need to get it working properly. I am beginning to think you are not interested in domestic security. Based on the difficulty of contacting you via this app I would not be recommending your services. Poor show.

I don’t know what happened. This app no longer lets me log in to my account. Looks like everyone is having this same issue. Is this app truly associated with ADT? Seems suspicious.
