Over charges & under delivers
I’ve contacted support about this with no response. I’m from the USA sending texts to others in the USA. Per txt message I am charged a random amount, up to what seems to be $0.25 per text message at times. It is absolutely ridiculous. The app will also delete text messages before you send it, and does not support texting images.
I’ll be pulling my number out of here if at all possible.

Doesn't Work
Got this to have a second number, voice and SMS. One call worked, but SMS doesn't work at all. Glad I didn't spend much on this.

Just note your number won’t work on the app if you’re using a VPN

Worst customer service experience
I asked 4 times to customer service to give me an invoice of the two phone numbers and credit I purchased to do the billing to my company and they never replied! Neither to tell me why!! No phone number to call then.

Pointless- Banned for requesting a refund!!!
UPDATE:I went to purchase a cloud sim number recently (as no validation text would have been needed) only to find I couldn’t t get into my account. I contacted cloud sim customer services and was shamelessly told that my account had been permanently suspended as “ I had been requested a refund from Apple”
I was unaware that I was living in North Korea with no freedom of choice!! lol absolutely disgusting and outrageous.
I downloaded cloud sim and paid good money to have a second number specifically for dating. I am now unable to log in to any of my dating apps because my cloud sim number won’t receive the text with the log in code. Have sent and resent this code to the cloud sim number at one hundred times and still nothing. Don’t use being able to use cloud sim numbers for dating as a point of sales if the app is incapable of receiving such texts.
