Time to spend some money making an app that does something. This just takes you to the website for 95% of the actions which is incredibly hard to navigate from a phone.

Overrated, pésima experiencia de usuario en app y web
Aplicación móvil muy deficiente y poco user friendly. No permite la visibilidad a nivel de calendario y creación de reservas. Aplicación web demasiado compleja con add ons innecesarios que hacer esta de difícil navegación mientras que otras funcionalidades no tienen sentido (por ejemplo opcion de producto, para que sirve si solo se visualiza en la cuenta y no se ve a nivel de resumen de housekeeping), acceso web pide verificación cada vez que se ingresa con un correo que no sea gmail aunque se verifique dispositivo; la conexión con la pasarela de pago no se ha dado a 2 meses de uso y la asistencia del personal deficiente; los reportes/informes son de nuevo, demasiadas opciones con muy malos resúmenes, toca organizar su propia base de datos, limpiar y organizar datos al descargar. Comparado con otras plataformas como Siteminder que tiene un look and feel más clásico, no da la talla, sobre todo porque se comparan mucho como una opción más cara perso sustancialmente mejor, cosa que en ningún sentido más allá del motor de reservas, es correcto.

Awful App
This app is horrendous. Despite contacting Cloudbeds multiple times, nothing changes. They blame every issue on you. The communication seen on the app is inconsistent with what is actually being communicated via PC. Not all communications are even seen while using the app. In order to see your calendar, you have to log on to a regular browser. The app is actually so bad that I don’t think it’s useful. Everything that you do with your company will need to be done with the PC or laptop, accessing a web browser. Despite all the bad reviews, it does not appear that they are interested in fixing an app that is dysfunctional.

Extremely hopeless app, we couldn't do or check anything on this app.
We want # of rooms not %!
What use is it for desk staff to know what percentage is the occupancy? Are they the ones doing the price strategy, likely not. But even if so what is more important is the actual number of rooms left. That is the kind of info someone who is working the front desk and using this app would want to know. Knowing the percentage is useless.
Please do not ignore your customers.
Other than that this app can be useful for evening desk workers who are computer illiterate and need something more simple.

Terrible app. Might as well switch programs if i cant do what I need to do on my phone sometimes
Not Useful For Owner/Operators On The Go
This app has helped me very little. Going into browser is worth the hassle compared to using the app. I’m not a developer, but it feels like the app added features that were the easiest to develop, and not that are the most useful to the user. No calendar (even one you can just view, if not one you can change things on) is unacceptable for an app dedicated to hospitality management, in my opinion. Cloudbeds is fine, just don’t expect much from the app.

Availability Matrix
Availability Matrix needs to be added to the mobile app. It is a struggle and pain having to open CloudBeds website on mobile and having to use Availability Matrix through there. I need to be able to increase and decrease rooms very quickly, Availability Matrix in the mobile app is important and necessary. Please add this to improve user experience.

This company is so painful to deal with. Hoteliers, you have other better options than Cloudmess. Don’t make the mistake we did, continue your search for another solution.

As someone that is a Super Administration within this system I am overjoyed that this app has dropped!!! Couldn't wait to share it with other staff and the owners of the concept. I came on to implement Whistle into their flow and have seen the system blossom more and more over the last few years. Seeing this today made my day!! Grateful for all of the new updates, the AI step up, and now this app!!! This will only serve the guests experience in new an exciting ways!!! Being able to collect payment for the property via my iPhone is what really excites me...as the property expands it's space it will give the team more options to oversee a much larger space and serve more guests needs without being tied down to the front desk. Although I am leaving soon as someone who has grown with this system I so grateful that I get to use it and share it with this concept!!! Fantastic Job Cloudbeds!! Keep it coming!!! K3

Use the browser on your phone instead
I don’t know why or how this app exists it is basically an incomplete product all the most essential functions of this hospitality software is nowhere to be found. Unacceptable and some major leadership flaws on your behalf.
Huge scam company
Ve careful with this “company” is. Just a huge scam they charge you 216 Aud Per month they never assist you properly and the scam you with “commissions” of fake bookings as with real bookings saying that booking was thank to their publicity (something that I never ask or accept) they just still your money! Please try next booking is so much better and ethical than this scam.
