Customer service no help whatsoever
I can’t access my my video door camera, customer service is a load of rubbish. I’ve told customer services I need to access the camera settings for legal purposes. Your customer service is a disgrace
Can’t tell when someone rings doorbell
I wish they’d make it so that we don’t have to click on the notification to launch the app before seeing that someone had just rung the doorbell. They should make a special notification sound just for when people ring the doorbell, because right now the notification sound we have is the same as motion detected. I have missed out on so many deliveries as a result.

First doorbell camera
I installed it myself & it was so easy. So far so good. Clarity could be better, but with the price point it’s good enough. Definitely purchase a micro sd card otherwise there is no storage
Changed after purchase
Appallingly badly designed app that’s not intuitive and easy to use. I expected a screen to appear as soon as the doorbell was rung but no, that is buried and sporadic.
Now the app appears to have updated and the motion detection that was so useful has disappeared. I can no longer see how to access the expensive SD card I bought for extra storage. And it looks like they have hiked their cloud storage prices and axed the free 6sec recording to the cloud.
However, I managed to restore everything by doing a factory reset and reconnecting to the WiFi.
WiFi could be better; router is 10m from the door yet doorbell complains of weak signal.

Re-setup 👎🏻 But…. We shall see….
I was not fond of the re-setup I had to do when I got a new internet service because it felt like I had to do twice the steps to get it set back up again, but hopefully, I will be good from this point on. The app mention that my new SIM cards that I purchased, may not be compatible (even though I got the ones that were suggested. I don’t have a computer that can program them how they “need to be” for this device.) I expect that if a suggested item to purchased is presented, it should be able to work with the item as it is.
If it is the “suggested” item to use, there should be no reason for it not to be compatible without having to have additional things done (especially if not originally noted prior to the purchase). Hopefully it will work out and I won’t need to buy or do anything else with it, again.

Doorbell camera
Update, I went to open my camera to see what’s going on outside and it says add device. My doorbell is. It showing up at all but it is working and sending notifications . I did reset the doorbell and try again but it still is not showing up in my phone. I’m really unhappy about this and really feel not safe since this is not allowing me to see outside. No tech support is available. So now what? Change to ring?

Sometimes get as many as 10 notifications for someone just driving past in a car
