The app has to open a browser window to do anything—including merely signing in.
The browser app is not much better. A search for hotels does not produce relevant price information or even a map! To locate each hotel on a list, the user has to open a new browser tab—and even then there is no map!

App does nothing except open a browser. Useless.

What’s the point of having the app if it has to open a page in a browser?? Might as well not have the app!!
Crappy App
Can’t do anything on the app. It wants to open a stupid webpage. Then once there, it’s got a stupid bot asking if you need help covering a quarter of the page every time the page refreshes. Don’t waste your time on these idiots. Nothing but frustration and terrible pricing.
Buggy, missing vital features
The app makes you login all the time, but doesn’t store the login or allow touchID. Searches time out. Login times out.
