APP issues
I get the customer not found also. Great car wash but not ran so well. Sprinkles watering the street and vacuum area. Nice new set of water spots after cleaning the truck.

This app should not be on the app store as it is impossible to sign in or use.
Why Bother?
Took forever to finally login, but you really can’t do anything, it’s slow and glitchy. When you search for locations a US map comes up and starts to zoom in and the crashes.
Come on Club Carwash, you have a great business model, spend a few bucks and fix your app!!

App is CRAP!
The app is crap, I’ve been using the same card for months and for some reason this month it didn’t run my card. I’ve tried getting on the app to check on my account with no luck and I’ve also attempted it through the website. For them owning so many Club Car Washes you’d think they’d have it together! Very disappointing!

The armpit of apps
Don’t bother, this app is crap. Doesn’t work, clunky and slow. My Q to Car Club Wash is why did you even bother?! DELETE APP!
Can’t even create an account
When you register for an account it says “enter the confirmation code we’ve sent to your email” but of course there’s no email sent, not in junk or spam either. Apparently from other reviews no one else likes this app either!
Poorly developed app
Password field is not coded properly so my apple keychain doesn’t even recognize it as a password to fill.
Worst of all, I have 2 vehicles on my account but when I register it only shows one.

Worthless
Completely worthless app. It wouldn’t scan my sticker code. Clunky interface. Requires re-entry of all customer info (including CC#). And then tells me I’m not in their database. Grrr…
Don’t bother even trying
I tried to sign in to this app a month ago or so and found out that my membership wasn’t even signed up properly by the location I went to. Finally got my fast pass working and decided to try and log in again. I keep getting an error that says “customer not found”. I tried resetting my password and everything and it can’t somehow find my account. I’m going back to Tommy’s Club because at least they know how to make a functioning app.

New member as of March 2022. I left Zips Carwash because the lack of service they offer does not come close to what they’re membership cost. But at least their app worked properly. So, Club Car Wash you can not be serious with this tier one attempt of an app. Your business is phenomenal! Clean areas, great employees, and a great price. But! Again, this App is embarrassing!

So I have tried several times to look up my account and nothing works. The scan feature doesn’t even load to scan the barcode to look up my account. Tired on 3 different cars. Pointless

Don’t waste your time this app is terrible. They wasted their time creating this app and I wasted an hour trying to figure out an app that can do nothing
Way too difficult to sign in!
This app is worthless. I couldn’t even sign in. By the time I got support, they gave me the information I needed. When I entered it in, it said my membership has been canceled and I cannot re-enroll until the billing cycle is completed. It’s just a bad system.
