Love the gym, hate the app
I’m not really a gym person, but I really like the gym and people and Club Fitness. However, the app is terrible. I am very patient, so I can “deal with it” when it doesn’t work. But it never works! There aren’t even simple functions like “forgot my username”. The app links to the website, the website links to the app, and neither one talk. I can be logged in on the website, but then need to log in on the app, I can reset my password but then can’t log in with my email/phone/etc. I might round up to 2 stars if I could ever log in

Almost Useless
Clicking on links leads to blank pages or error codes. This app needs major rework to make it useable. The Planet Fitness app allows you to scan your phone to check in. I didn’t see that in this app. Quality control is non-existent.
