ISSUE SOLVED
If you’re having issues downloading the Watch ID app please read on as I’ve solved the issue and successfully redownloaded the app after a hiatus. I’m not sure if you can upvote this but please spread around to make this as useful as possible.
The key to getting the app back on your watch is to use the App Store from your watch (not this one on your phone). The common issue everyone is having is that the app is showing purchased and greyed out. HOWEVER, if you go to the App Store using your Watch, search ‘Club Lime’ you’ll find the Watch ID app, difference however is that the app will show an option to re-download the app. From here you can use the access code from the phone app to set up the Watch app and now use your Watch to open locations.
This took me maybe 10 minutes to figure out. Club Lime, I’ll gladly accept a free membership, discount or job offer to assist in your app development ;)

Says purchased and won’t allow me to install or uninstall. So can’t use it or get it on my Apple Watch. Please fix this as it would be an amazing feature.

same thing is happening for me as the other person as commented saying when you go into the app on your watch to locate your club, the app will just exit to the home screen every time
Watch app just crashes
The app opens but as soon as you try to select a club it just crashes. Seems other people have this issue too
Stopped working
App hasn’t been updated for over a year and has stopped working, before it stopped the features would be described as basic
Needs a big fix
The app crashes on my watch everytime I enter the authorisation code from the phone app, cannot get it to connect. Doesn’t seem to be any support to contact it just takes you to the Apple Watch section of the website.
Great though but..
It’s a rather handy app to use but somehow it asks me to verify every time I use, and it doesn’t support complication features on the watch (which means I can’t customise the app on my watch face to use). Hope they can update it so the app can be even handier.
Needs work from developers
As others have found, I can’t get the app on my phone (just says ‘purchased’ but doesn’t appear). I tried getting the app directly onto my Apple Watch (latest version Ultra 2), but when it asks me to select a gym location, the watch goes back to the homepage without allowing me to set a location or use the app. Please fix as I would like to be able to use the watch for gym access.

I have the same problem.
I’ve only found one person who has actually managed to make this work. I think the app on the watch has a lot of glitches so I have resorted to taking my phone to the gym to open the door. It would be great if the App manager could fix this.

Stuck in purchased
App stuck on purchased no support contacts unable to use app on my phone pretty poor service
App stuck on purchased and will not install.
I cannot download and install the watch app, it is stuck on ‘Purchased’. I also cannot find a way to contact anyone for support.
App works (use instructions below)
I had issues App not showing up on my watch, so I did this:
1) On your Apple Watch, go to App Store
2) Search for Club Lime Watch ID and Download
3) Open watch app and you’ll get Code prompt
4) Open Member ID app on your phone and go to settings > Get Code for Apple Watch ID
5) Grab the 6 digit code and enter it on your Watch App
6) Should authenticate and then work
If this doesn’t work then you can also search for the HIIT Member ID which also works with club Lime accounts, and they have a watch app identical to Lime.
Good luck!
