App works great! I was able to login with my account and immediately access my room, free play and food/beverage offer details instantly, as well as the slot tournaments shared with me.
It would be great to be able to book an offer on the app, but perhaps this could be added down the line.

Imagine all the business these 3 casinos are missing out on just because they’re too lazy to fix this app.

Every time I click on the app it acts like it’s going to open then disappears. It won’t let me look up anything.

Been nearly two years since I got this app and it still crashes on the latest software and the latest models of iPhone. Tell your developers to wake up Derek
App crashes CONSTANTLY
I’ve used this app for three years. It is not user friendly and CONSTANTLY crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall every couple of months to get it to work. I cannot book a room with my Club One rewards which casuals unnecessary phone calls to reservations. I love staying and playing in Club One properties, but somebody has GOT to fix this application!

Always crashes
Every time I try to open the app, it crashes. I have to go to the website to see anything.
App straight up doesn’t work
Downloaded 3 times to view my account, got denied for an unknown reason trying to sign in, and then was met with the app not even loading properly on future attempts

Every once in a while, I try to open the app and go to back to my regular. I tried reinstall it to.no avail

The most inconsistent app
This app is not fun nor the most easily accessible app. It feels like it was slapped together. Constantly glitching and information never seems updated and constantly tells me I don’t have an account even though I do and sometimes I’m able to login and sometimes I’m unable to login.
