App crashed
I’ve had an account for a couple years. App quit recognizing my login information. I spent a lot of time going through the usual. Delete/ reload check your email etc. no word from customer service. Had to set up a new account. When it works, it works well. 2 stars for no customer service

I had an active car wash subscription through this app. It was good, but sometimes the app would fail to send the signal to the machine at the car wash
Intermittently working car washes
Nothing special, washes all over MN are closed or broken down 60% of the time if not more in all seasons of the year, dryers aren’t good in any of the washes. One star for them having a bunch of locations I guess, save your money for the competition.
Holiday Car Wash
I’ve gone there three different times to try to wash my car that app does not work on my phone. Never had any trouble with any other app. I was told to come back during the day and talk to a manager. Of course I work during the day, so that doesn’t work, had to pay for a month of car washes and have not got one. If you have an app like this, maybe you could train some people to know how to make it work.
