Great for one car
This app could be great but I could only add one of our vehicles to it. My wife has the old window bar code on her car and she couldn’t add any of the vehicles to her app because it was the other type. It was great for the one vehicle I could list.

The two holiday car washes that are convenient for me to use are both broken today. I’ll have to go buy a car wash at a competitors place. I wonder if Holiday will refund any money? I will let you know.

Are you kidding me?!? Drove to Chaska location only to find the car wash not only closed but a dumpster blocking the entrance. How about a heads up, an email or text to customers?!? Too many times (10+ in 3 months) I’ve arrived to a closed wash. Please cancel my membership ASAP.
Minnesota Car Wash
I’ve been using this Holiday Car Wash club app for about four years now and it is one of the more used apps.
There seems to be a holiday gas station just about every 3 to 4 miles in the Metro area
Always use the touchless option because if it is not touchless, there’s the potential for small rocks and or debris left on the car wash from the previous vehicle so always use the touchless option only!!
My only complaint and it’s a big one is the number of times the car wash is closed mainly for too cold of weather, but also I’ve seen many times when the car wash is just not working and they’re waiting for maintenance, but as I mentioned above, just go to the next location, a few miles down the road.
Overall, it’s the best car wash option available in the state of Minnesota.

Car wash club
Would be 5 stars as I do enjoy being able to just go and get a car wash whenever I need one. Which is all the time and sometimes more than once a day. But the one by me is down 80% of the time. With the gas prices going up I am not going to go an hour away to the next the car wash. Still debating on whether I should keep it or not

Seems closed for business as often as it isn’t.
I’ve been a long time customer of the Hibbing Mn Circle K carwash. Every time the carwash see’s a busier period of usage it somehow gets shut down for whatever reason. It also seems to take a un reasonable amount of time to get it back working

Car wash
Really enjoy using this. The only complaint would be Escanaba Michigan location is. Shut down quite often sometimes for two days at a time otherwise I would keep using this.
Very poor customer service
Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Found out on their app that not all locations on their map are franchise holidays. Some are locally owned. Got up to the car wash and it initially gave me prompts to move forward with a green arrow. The approached the door and a red X appeared. There were 3 cars behind me so I ended up having to pay for the car wash. I reported it to customer service and they told me the information above. I asked them how the heck am I suppose to know if it’s franchise or locally owned. They told me I would need to go into the store and ask. They would not refund me the car wash I paid for even though I have a car wash.

Car washes are closed frequently
No point in having the app if the carwash is closed. 1/2 of the times I attempted to get my truck washed this month the location near me was closed.

Tag not recognized
This is our second Car Wash unlimited that we have purchased and we put it on our truck and every time we take our truck to the car wash on medicine Lake Road not sure if it’s in New Hope, Minnesota or Plymouth Minnesota but the one on Madison Lake Road it never recognizes the tag on the windshield and then we have to get out of the truck and go into the building and then somebody has to give us a codeCan somebody get this fixed?

UX is ok
My husband and I both drive the car that the account is registered to, so it’s really frustrating that the app only allows one user.
