Hard to Schedule
Many classes are fully booked making my choices very limited and suboptimal. As a person with an 8-5 please consider adding afternoon and evening sessions. Also it doesn’t seem fair that some students take multiple classes each day while others remain waitlisted.
App
The app is great to schedule and check in for my classes; however, I think it would be easier to have a view of the class schedule for the month versus a week at a time, similar to the view under my schedule tab.

Rogue Notifications
I now get marketing push notifications with no way to opt out. Those notifications link to a stalled out, black app screen when clicked on. Do better. I want class notifications (which I actually opted in to) but not extra ads and marketing - I already give this company a lot of $$$ each month, don’t beg me for referrals!

Have a passport membership. It is a pain to search and book at multiple locations on your app. You can do better

This class rocks! Ricardo does an excellent job at teaching this class. His energy, enthusiasm and encouragement is remarkable. He makes spot on adjustments to students positioning of feet, hands and body that are extremely helpful and he does it with a smile and an encouraging thumbs up!

Aventura & Hallandale
I joined Jan 20th, 2026. I love the simplicity of the online booking & check in via the CP app. I’ve completed 89 classes today.
I travel “a lot” so I’ve taken advantage of my club pass in other states.
The staff at Aventura & Hallandale have always be super chill. Hats off to your team players at these locations!

Calendaring option needed
Need to add functionality to add classes on waitlist to our calendars and perhaps update the calendar when get into class waitlisted for to reflect in

Crown point Indiana studio is soooooo good! The owner is on it and the instructors are phenomenal. I feel so loosened up when I leave Pilates! Highly recommend !

History erased
I recently moved and changed studios. I was shocked when I looked at the app and it had reset my lessons completed to zero. I want my 500+ lessons back!

I love my Pilates classes and my studio, the APP is super easy to use, sends notifications, but I wish that it:
1.) advised if you’re out of the 12 hour window when cancelling a class. Sometimes I do it quickly and don’t realize the time.
2.) allowed you to see the history of classes taken - it does keep count, but I’d love to know the name of the instructor and type of class taken when I look back.

Unreliable App
The app does not consistently work to book classes. On more than one occasion, I have lost a class credit due to app issues. This app makes me reconsider my membership.
