Unable to report commutes
I’ve been using this app for two years. It was great at first, I even won a 50dollar gift card . I haven’t been able to do anything on this app for the last few months. Unable to report commutes. Screen just keeps loading.
Pointless
They said last year they’d bring instant rewards & they still have yet to come around.
Not to mention the app hardly works the pages are blank & the record previous ride is stuck loading.
Not to mention how many times rtc rails to neglect responsibility for even being connected to it so there is just about zero point to even have this application.

The ui is overly plain & boring.
In the 2 yrs I’ve been using the bus system here club rude hardly works & I’ve hardly seen any payouts in rewards.
It’s stuck in a constant loading cycle to even report a ride to keep it all logged to climb the ranks.
App feels more like a scam. For the near $3,000 I’ve put into the bus system to hardly get anything back .

Log in not working
Can’t get the app to open up or do anything. All I get is a white screen.
