Unable to report commutes
I’ve been using this app for two years. It was great at first, I even won a 50dollar gift card . I haven’t been able to do anything on this app for the last few months. Unable to report commutes. Screen just keeps loading.
Pointless
They said last year they’d bring instant rewards & they still have yet to come around.
Not to mention the app hardly works the pages are blank & the record previous ride is stuck loading.
Not to mention how many times rtc rails to neglect responsibility for even being connected to it so there is just about zero point to even have this application.

The ui is overly plain & boring.
In the 2 yrs I’ve been using the bus system here club rude hardly works & I’ve hardly seen any payouts in rewards.
It’s stuck in a constant loading cycle to even report a ride to keep it all logged to climb the ranks.
App feels more like a scam. For the near $3,000 I’ve put into the bus system to hardly get anything back .

Log in not working
Can’t get the app to open up or do anything. All I get is a white screen.

App has been down for several days.
White blank page
I keep getting a white blank page on my club ride. I haven’t been able to do anything for almost a week. I have deleted the app and download it back on my phone and the problem is still the same.

I am not able to get to the page to do anything as all I get is a white page and will not load or do anything what can I do
Unusable
Was able to enter my trips at first but now I only get a white screen when I open the app. Nothing else comes up but the white screen so I’m no longer able to use it.

The app is just stuck now I couldn’t log my bus ride the last week n a half now it’s just a white screen after deleting & reinstalling …this is fun..
I won!
I’ve only been using the app for less than 2 months and I already won a 10 dollar gift card. I was skeptical at first thinking I would never win but they actually do send out rewards for just tracking your commutes. I would put five stars but the app is really glitchy and it shows I didn’t report a commute when I did.

I have an account and it won’t let me log in since the update! I like logging my commutes to and from work, but since the update it won’t let me log in at all..

Can’t activate my account because they haven’t sent me an email for a link, so I could set my password. It has been 3 WEEKS already since I created an account. Plus, I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence, but ever since I used this app I KEEP GETTING MORE SPAM/JUNK MAILS AND PHONE CALLS from other states. 🤦🏻♀️

Cannot get logged into the app since the update. I’ve even changed my password.
Great start
Use the app to track my commute. Simple to use.
I have had the app since May
The app itself works ok. Always opens and allows me to put in a single mode of transportation. My issue is that I cannot use the app because my commute is a combo (bus AND walking). If there was a way to program a custom commute on the app I would give it a five.
Useless
Can't write a review good or bad since it never opens. The one star is for the app developers.
Won't launch
Using iPhone 5S and ios 7.3, app just crashes whenever I try to open it. This is after the apr 24 update. Worked fine with the previous version. Pls fix before I forget my ride reports!
