Great location

Enjoying all the great and very close restaurants and really really love the TVs in the gym , watching sports while I workout is a must .

Issues

I like the idea of that app since it makes paying rent more convenient, but the app keeps logging me out and every time I try to log back in it keeps saying they can’t find me by phone number or email. This has happened to me twice now. I tried putting in more information after requesting help, and apparently it takes 1-2 business days just to get a verification code…I’ve never heard of that before where it takes 1-2 days to get that.

Never again

I was able to use the app for a period of time and then upon changing my number on file with the office AND on the online profile, I was never able to log in again. There’s no way to reset this app and it’s probably still sending the “verification codes” to my old number IF at all. This renders the app USELESS.

App asks me for my telephone number to send me a code, never received the code.
