Great location
Enjoying all the great and very close restaurants and really really love the TVs in the gym , watching sports while I workout is a must .

Still not fixed and water pouring in from ceiling and light fixtures. It’s been almost 4 months.
Issues
I like the idea of that app since it makes paying rent more convenient, but the app keeps logging me out and every time I try to log back in it keeps saying they can’t find me by phone number or email. This has happened to me twice now. I tried putting in more information after requesting help, and apparently it takes 1-2 business days just to get a verification code…I’ve never heard of that before where it takes 1-2 days to get that.

Never again
I was able to use the app for a period of time and then upon changing my number on file with the office AND on the online profile, I was never able to log in again. There’s no way to reset this app and it’s probably still sending the “verification codes” to my old number IF at all. This renders the app USELESS.

Can’t access app
App asks me for my telephone number to send me a code, never received the code.
I would rate zero if possible
The leasing office at Elysian at the District has done nothing to resolve issue . I can not access app. It has a glitch that states it will send a verification code to my phone and it never does. Also it does not process my rent payment. Continues to ask for me to add banking information yet all information has already been stored.

Not Working
I’ve used the app for months now. Recently I was logged out for some reason. Now, I can’t log in. It tries to create an account and send me the code. Every time I enter the code it says it does not match. What do I do?
Needs better updates
I’m currently downloading the app for the second time in hopes that it will let me log in since it keeps saying the registration code it sent me is incorrect. On top of that, it randomly wanted me to sign up as a new user although I’ve had this since April.
Works just fine
Very convenient. Could be better but this is the first complex I’ve lived at with an app.
Lots of bugs
I love the concept, hate that there’s always an issue when trying to reply to messages, or open messages. The alerts come thru but can’t always retrieve. And, some days it opens and immediately closes. Please fix the hiccups
APP DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE

App not working only crashes
App was working fine then not sure if there was an update but now shows no information and crashes every time I open it ( update ) re-downloaded the app and I keep putting my information in reviving the activation code and then I put it in app says it does not match ! Help !
Crashes
I love the app and the ability to communicate with my community. I don’t love the fact that it crashes every time I try to open an email. Please fix the bugs.
Needs ability to reply to Community posts
This app is fine, if a little clunky. But the main use of this app is for Elysian West residents to communicate issues to their neighbors and the staff. When someone posts to the community, there is no way for anyone to see replies sent to the poster. A conversation thread (ex: Facebook) shown to everyone will allow for additional information to be conveyed by more than just one person.
