An app with no real benefits.

App is just a lot of fluff information that isn’t really tangible. The most ridiculous part is that you earn points for every green trip you take which you can redeem for a whole lot of nothing. Like a 20% off coupon at some unknown restaurant will cost you 500 points. That’s the best they got.

I don’t like this new app the rewards aren’t even rewards it’s like buy so

App is slow and glitchy

For how much rtc makes in las vegas it’s sad that your bus systems run slow, hardly pay the drivers much and you can’t even make a decent app that runs properly. Couldn’t even get into it because of how glitchy it is. I wish there was another bus company in vegas that could take over and replace you guys.

This all is horrible. Much easier to record trips before now have to input address and everything don't like giving out that much info about where i go please go back to the other way
