我的号码已经使用很久了，绑定了很多服务，今天发现我的号码没有信号，打开app一看我的号码全没了，显示被停用了，联系客服也不回复，流氓公司，随意封禁还没有一点服务质量，再也不会用这个流氓软件了

白癡設計，當我想轉移esim至另一部手機是它產生了新的二維瑪但是無法啟用esim，然後我被彈出來以後再點擊轉移esim它告訴我已經存在一個請求，然後過不久我原本手機的卡就不能用了，可是app設計想要產生二維瑪需要驗證手機，結果我收不到驗證碼，然後忘記esim的功能也無法使用，怎麼搜尋都說我沒有購買紀錄，真的好糟糕的體驗，客服回覆不僅慢，而且一毛錢的幫助都沒有，爛透了

Useless: Activation links flagged “Not Secure”
Therefore purchased pack of roaming Passes that cannot be activated. There is no way to within the App itself you have to use the activation link you are sent via SMS. Copied and pasted into several different browsers and the same result, a warning that the site is Not Safe and will be disabled. Primitive software, terrible App, awful company. Very disappointed by service. Also useless customer service.

Can’t transfer my esim to my new phone
I got a new phone and wanted to transfer my esim to the new phone but the app says it was denied. Contacted customer service and they said that the system to transfer esim is in maintenance. They don’t know when it will be resolved.

Family av set me up , first time I seen this app called club n also lots of facebookm n always saying google ae on my iPhonex which I got told has been jail broken by sounds of things by tech support from carephone warehouse on daughters phone , aunts Julie got her club sim . Well it said utility warehouse on sim but club in corner .. I know this is a spy app
