Multi-purpose app for both parents, members and staff.
STAFF have access to attendance registers and instant access to safeguarding information that clubs collect during registration. Emergency contacts, doctors, allergies, medical conditions and more all accessible via iPhone or iPad.
Add to this the ability to send communications (e.g cancellation notices) to those at a specific event, a group or the entire club.
MEMBERS and PARENTS can see a diary of their booked events, register, book and pay for other activities right from the handset. The members or parents can also receive communication via push notification and email.
Childcare vouchers are supported to allow those members that do not need to pay upfront but charge a childcare voucher balance instead.
Please note no registration is possible from the app the user must have already registered with the club via the clubs own ClubsBuddy page.
