Login problems

I hadn’t used the app in a long time. Now I’m trying to use it and it’s asking for my trail name and password. I can’t remember them but it doesn’t give me a reset option

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem! You can do many things in Clue Tracker without being logged in, but it is better to log in. The trail name and passwords are managed by the letterboxing websites: atlasquest.com and letterboxing.org. Because our app is independent of those websites the app cannot allow you to create or manage accounts. You will need to use a web browser to access one or both of those websites in order to reset your password.

Best addition for letterboxing

This app is my goto when I’m out trekking around cemeteries or parks looking for letterboxes in my home area or when I’m out traveling. I definitely would not be out as much if I didn’t have access to this app.

My favorite is the map feature. I love being able to see where the boxes are compared to where I am located. I don’t pay for premium on AQ and saw the map on there yesterday from someone who does and that map was confusing!!

Also, the boxers who designed this app are awesome people who I have had the opportunity to meet :-)

Thank you so much for designing a tool that is INCREDIBLY useful to letterboxers everywhere.

My favorite App!

Love this app! So glad to have both atlasquest and LBNA clues with me all the time. Easy to use.

Absolute best!

If you letterbox, this is a must. Find boxes on the go and log them immediately. So user-friendly, you can’t go wrong.

Super accessible

I have found Clue Tracker to be efficient and easy to use on the trail. I like how I can organize my letterboxing trips by saving box clues in the backpack. The nearby search work’s impeccably. I highly recommend this app.

Easy and handy!

We find ourselves “on the road“ occasionally, when we are not Letterboxing. When I think about it, I will tap my handy app just to see if there are any around. Since we always carry an ink pad and duplicate signature stamp, “Cluetracker” makes us always ready for a Letterbox.

I love using this while traveling, refreshing every few miles to see if any boxes are close to s highway. I have found some fabulous locations letterboxing!!!

Not nearly enough info

When I paid for this app, I was hoping to get the best, most updated info about locations of letterboxes from the two main letterboxing sites. Instead, I get less than 1/8 of all area letterboxes. Wasted $5 I could’ve put toward more ink.

I am sorry Clue Tracker is not showing all of the boxes you expect to see. Usually that happens because Atlas Quest limits how many boxes can be returned to apps like Clue Tracker. Could use an update..

The app works better than trying to navigate 2 separate websites.. However not all the letter boxes are showing up in my radius. The app only pulls up half the Cloud Atlas letterboxes in my town when the website shows them all. Kinda disappointing when you have to pay for this app. I have to use the website just to see the ones I might miss.

Thank you for purchasing the app and for your review. Unfortunately, Atlas Quest limits the number of boxes that apps like Clue Tracker can retrieve with one search. If Clue Tracker tells you that Atlas Quest returned its maximum, then you will need to search again using a smaller search radius. Makes letterboxing easy!

This app is fantastic and makes it so easy checking for boxes nearby and making a list of boxes you want to find so you can access them offline too.

Leider für Europa ungeignet

Da ich gerne Letterboxen erwandere,viel mir diese App auf.Kurzerhand gekauft und angemeldet.Hier wird unterschieden zwischen Lbna und Planet.Das 1. steht für Nordamerika das zweite für „Europa“.Leider wird Europa nicht gewartet.Finde ich schade,umsonst gekauft.Hier wäre es sinnvoll diese App mit Letterboxing.org zu verknüpfen.Ich werde es mal weiter im Auge behalten.
