Can’t get it to work
I use the app for about nine months and it worked fine.
Then starting in April 2026, it completely stopped working for me.
My on-line store link stopped working.
I lost the ability to get into my account.
The online support function just times out and, so does the developers website.
My subscription is still current, but it won’t work for me anymore and I can’t get support.

I can’t log in
When I try to put in my phone number and press the arrow to move on it will not let me continue.

I downloaded the app, after typing in my phone number during setting up shop/login process. It won’t accept my number or work at all past this point. I used area code,plus number 1 before number but that did not work. This app looks like it would be a useful domain but I can’t make an account.

So is this app shut down ? I went to go on my website and the app won’t open and the link for my website is bringing me some where weird!
Not letting me log in
For some reason the app isn’t letting me past the phone number part. I wanted to like this app but no I don’t know about it since I cant log into my account. Yes in updated on everything including the app. Very weird and disappointing.

So apparently my worst fears I didn’t cash out so earrings $700 and now the site has basically disappeared I can’t get in contact with anyone and the emails are now bouncing back. Can anyone help with this

Looping issue
Since it kicked me out of being logged in, I can’t seem to get past the sign in option by inputting your phone number. I put the number in and press the next button but it loads and does nothing. So I’m stuck on the sign in screen with no access.
Great App
When I first discovered this app, I was skeptical, but it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with it. It’s disappointing and sad to see it go—it will definitely be missed.
This app meant so much to many small businesses

Can’t set up new shop
Google’d troubleshooting tips because I put my mobile number in to get set up for the first time and it does nothing. Did every troubleshooting step and still can’t use the app. Emailed the company and haven’t heard back yet. Would love to use the app, I’ve heard alot of good things about it but can’t get my account set up!

Not sure what’s wrong but when it asks for a phone number I put it in and it won’t let me procede so I’m not able to make a shop
Best app for beginners
I absolutely love this app. I have so many products on this shop and I think the commission they take is fair however I do wish they would offer analytics. I would love to know how many clicks my shop is actually receiving each month, week, or day. I’d also like to know age range, gender, which items they are clicking on, are they abandoning their carts, etc. if you offered a reasonable amount of information that would be worth paying for the MAX pro version.

They don’t answer emails
It’s pretty bad when they have no support services to answer the easiest of questions
I wrote them 3 times and they ignore so I post here - beware anyone who won’t answer you but will take your money.
As a marketplace , are you taking care of taxes in the correct state and sending them on the sellers behalf . How is this tracked.
Where are the insurances on shipped items and arrivals.
Can you limit where sales happen to just a geographical area?
Do you send 1099 forms out and are you submittting sales to the IRS under a TCN or SSN ?
So many legal concerns with this platform can you explain them in better detail for business sales or even a hobbyist seller.
