Can’t Sign in with Apple ID, no clear support
Unable to buy passes, unable to log in, and no other ave use to purchase parking ahead of events to save money.
No option to save to Apple Wallet
App seems easy to use but no option to save to Apple Wallet. In this day in time you would think that is a something easy to accomplish in a ticket app. It’s a pain to keep up with your ticket without it.
Can’t Access Passes
I’ve had so many issues with this app. I use Apple ID to sign in and apparently this app is not equipped to actually use it. I bought 20 games of parking for this baseball season and have had nothing but issues. I’ve had to pay once I get there because the app will sign out and not let me sign back in at all. I’ve tried reaching out to support and received no answer. I’m basically out all of the money I spent on parking and there’s still 15 games so I’ll be paying double. So ridiculous that minor league teams are forced to use this shoddy company.

I was never able to confirm my purchase or get my passes in app. They refused to refund me.

Broken
I went to try to transfer a pass to someone else today. My app keeps saying I’m offline which I am not. Both WiFi and cellular data are working fine on everything else. Customer service responded quickly but continues to tell me to do the same thing which doesn’t work and I have lost all access to my passes.

App doesn’t access Apple wallet, Google Pay, PayPal, etc. so you have to manually type your payment into the app... every... single... time...

Easy access to premium parking
Parking is generally only available to season ticket holders. CLUTCH makes it easy to pick up premium parking
