The CMS Health E-Passport free to be used by customers of Company Medical Services. The Health E-Passport App is intended to be used as a daily self-declaration health check to promote personal and workplace safety and to stop the spread of the Coronavirus. It also offers you the ability to contact a medical provider to seek medical advice should you need it. CMS (Company Medical Service) provides a range of medical services to its clients and their employees.
