Any of the updates when changing a password through Microsoft will give you the try again/go back screen. And when you manage to sign in eventually, the system sporadically logs you off

The update didn’t fix the barcode scanner! Come on guys! Y’all broke it! If it’s not broken don’t fix it! Now this app is completely useless!

New update has ruined this app. Im all for change but the scanning part needs to be addressed cause it’s impossible to use now.
New Update Ruins Barcode Scanner
The new update makes the barcode scanner useless. It rarely recognized barcodes now and is always out of focus even when trying to touch the screen to focus. The scanner used to work well in lower light situations, now it’s almost impossible to use. You also can’t even see what you’re scanning because of the barcode graphic that is plastered over the entire screen. Please fix this.

Cms tech facilities maintenance
TELS is a far better maintenance program easier to use and much more streamlined. Cms has no place to upload pictures to work orders if I could give 0 stars I would most definitely in my opinion this is the worst app I have ever downloaded! -10 stars from myself and crew!

Great app. But my predictive text works about 20% of the time I’m using the app. Don’t have any issues on any other app I use.

Fantastic mobile app
This is the best mobile CMMS app I have ever used. Thank you for making this app work even when I am not connected to the internet. Now I can close work orders wherever I am.
Use CMS tech daily (Ascension/Medxcel)
You need to add fingerprint reader support. Plus add an option to stay logged in all the time. Add support for password auto fill. Add push notifications when a work order comes into the pending box, we had better push notifications with an alpha numeric pager.
