Can’t add connections at all

The app won’t even let me add Trane connect devices

Can get it to verify

Downloaded app made sure phone is updated, credentials are right. Try to login in and verify and just get blue ring of death. Something isn’t right

Can’t even log in to remote access, shows blank screen when trying to add a device.

Doesn’t work

App worked ok for an extended period until March ‘25 when they pushed a new update. Now I can no longer login. And even worse, the local Trane guy had basically given up and cannot help me either. What a joke.
