Mobile deposit issues
This mobile deposit service is hit or miss. Some days it works, others it doesn’t after multiple attempts. Try different backgrounds, different lighting and it makes no difference. I have to go inside bank to deposit and they have no idea why it works intermittently. They say they receive complaints daily. If that’s the case, either fix it or change services.

Latest Update REQUIRES iOS 18
I’m still on iOS 17 with no plans to update to 18+. Now I can’t update App or login. Can you please fix so app is still compatible with iOS 17.7.2?

Update Now I Can’t Login
Just installed the 9/12 update and now I’m stuck on the screen with this message no matter what I do, and even if I do follow the directions, I still can’t get past it…

Also use another bank institution, and it is MOONS better. The check depositing is trash, the deposits and withdrawals never up to date. CNB is old school. It’s like teaching your grandfather how to use a smart phone…. Check out other banks and try again.

CNB App!
Just started with CNB and I found their App far superior to me previous Bank. Besides having a very modern sleek look,the easy to follow Dashboard really is simple to navigate. I really like the option to decide the spending amount before you are notified & the ease of transferring cash from one account to the other.

Banking is a breeze!
I love CNB Tennessee. I can bank from anywhere. It is so convenient being able to withdraw, transfer, or even deposit checks remotely and with access to my account from a mobile device. CNB can help with all your needs- checking, savings, credit card, loans, etc. The customer service is also fantastic! Bank with CNB! Citizens National Bank is the BEST!!

Frustrating
The customer service is good but the app and banking overall is frustrating. It says there is an error updating at least 3 times a week and it always says I have more money than I do when I haven’t spent any, and direct deposits take to long to come on your account.

Citizens National Bank is the absolute best banking experience you can have and the app is amazing!

Confusing on the available amount in your account. It will say you have a certain amount, then days later, without spending any money, it will say a different amount. Other banking apps tell you exactly what’s available. With this app you have to do the math yourself on the pending charges. Annoying when you’re trying to quickly figure out your balance.
