Ever since the last update of this online banking app update it's been running so so so slow for absolutely no reason ! It literally takes forever for it to actually load! What is going on! Or u have to constantly put ur code in just to get access! Thought updates were supposed to actually make the app run more smoothly! When u are not around wifi! Ur using data u need to see what is in ur account u can't access it till u get home where there is wifi! U need to fix that massive issue!

I’ve been using the Auburn branch of SmartBank. The various people who work in that branch have always been kind, helpful, & very professional. They also have dog treats that my boy, Benny, appreciates!
Highly recommend this branch!!
